Refund Policies

Effective Date: 01-04-2024

1. Course Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Students may receive a full refund if they cancel their enrollment at least 7 days before the course start date.
  • Partial Refund: If a student cancels within 2 days of the course start date but before the course begins, a 50% refund will be issued.
  • No Refund: Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued.

2. Course Transfer

  • Before Course Start: Students can transfer to another course of equal or lesser value if requested at least 7 days before the course start date.
  • After Course Start: No course transfers are allowed once the course has begun.

3. Material Refunds

  • Unopened Materials: Unopened and unused materials (books, software, etc.) can be returned for a full refund within 4 days of purchase with the original receipt.
  • Opened Materials: Opened materials are non-refundable unless they are defective.

4. Service Refunds

  • Consultation and Support Services: Prepaid consultation and support services are refundable if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be given for services already rendered.

5. Defective Products

  • Defective materials or products can be exchanged for the same item within 7 days of purchase. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

6. Online Courses

  • Full Refund: Full refunds for online courses are available if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase and the course has not been accessed.
  • No Refund: No refunds are available once the course has been accessed or after 7 days of purchase.

7. Special Circumstances

  • Exceptions to the above policies may be considered in cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances. Requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

8. How to Request a Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@neicit.com or Whatsapp 6001880028.
  • Please include your full name, contact information, course or product details, and the reason for the refund request.

9. Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approval of the refund request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
